Our robust and talented Planning & Modernization (P&M) department works very closely with Glendower to fulfill the Company’s mission of providing attractive, affordable and efficient homes for area residents. Our staff has completed many projects that enhance the safety, efficiency and appearance of our communities.
From complete tear-down renovations of large developments, to smaller rehabilitation work – quality is of the utmost importance to the P&M staff. We provide programming, planning, project and construction management and collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and designers.
P&M routinely meets rigorous codes and requirements that enable residents to have, not only quality craftmanship, but a beautiful place to live. Taking a project from concept through to completion, from design, to procurement, and construction administration is what P&M does best. The department works collaboratively with Glendower to assure quality housing.
The Glendower Group provides consulting services, including sourcing allocation, identifying other funds, and compliance/asset management services for projects particularly in low income, distressed communities.
