Executive Project Manager II
This position serves as the principal assistant to Executive Leadership on identified projects, providing strategic management support across the Asset Management, Development, and Construction portfolios. The Project Manager operates with minimal direction, reporting to the Senior Vice President, and is responsible for day-to-day tracking of assigned projects to ensure policies and procedures are followed, goals and objectives are met, and services are accomplished efficiently within budget.
The primary responsibility is creating, managing, monitoring, and coordinating integrated project plans, including implementation schedules, cost estimates, resource allocation, and service deliveries. This position also works collaboratively to expand Glendower’s market share by identifying partnerships and projects within and outside of Connecticut.
